Local pickup options are available for Oahu purchases upon request. For local pickups we will call you when available.  Pickup hours are between 8AM and 4:30PM Monday through Friday.

(To Japan) A variety of courier services for shipping to Japan are available (Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, OCS, & Nippon Express) All shipping costs are paid directly to the courier, Please contact us for a quote.

Cancellations/Return Policy
We will accept returns for credit or replace the product at our cost.  If a product defect is found please notify us within twenty (20) days of receipt.  Returns for defects must be approved by Trans-Pacific Textiles prior to processing.  Cancellations will be accepted with a 25% restocking fee.  Within 5 days of your receiving the goods, customer is responsible for the freight return costs.
